Jo Ann Goff
A Certified Yoga Teacher, registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. Jo Ann has completed training in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Psychotherapeutic Yoga, Barre Above Classes and is certified in "SomaVeda" Thai Yoga Massage at the 200 hour level. Jo Ann is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Third Degree Reiki practitioner, and she also holds an Advanced Crystal Healing certification, and has training in Nutrition. Jo Ann enjoys helping people feel better and helping people work toward a healthier lifestyle. Whether it is mind, body, spirit, or nutrition, Jo Ann loves teaching healthier ways to balance your life. Jo Ann also offers private lessons.

Tori Spraggins
Tori has studied Hatha based yoga with a love for fusing acupressure and other accessible techniques into class. Tori is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and also a Certified Reiki Master and Certified Herbalist with a formal background study in psychology. Tori also has a movement background in dance and a love for nature and hiking.
Joshua & Sarah Coates
They trained with Yoga Fit, AcroYoga International, and Online Yoga School Ayurveda Center. They teach yoga throughout the community and love to include essential oils and the Great Outdoors into their yoga practice. Their 3 kids often join them in teaching AcroYoga to people of all ages and levels.
Find them teaching Paddleboard Yoga, Hiking Yoga, Yoga in the Park, and of course AcroYoga.
Amy Simpson
Amy is a licensed mental health therapist and is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She loves incorporating meditation, movement, and breathwork in with therapeutic techniques to strengthen the mind, body, soul connection.
With 20 years of experience working with individuals in a therapeutic setting she now is expanding that practice into the mind body relationship.
